Reporting (technical) problems
Even though we maintain our property intensively, technical problems can unfortunately not always be avoided. To report a technical problem, missing inventory or a comment please log in and enter your service request directly via your personal page. We will deal with your request within 5 workdays.
To see the requests made for the general areas of your address log in, go to service request and click on "open calls at your location".
SSH Short Stay and its authorised representatives reserve the right to enter residents’ rooms at all times.
Urgent repairs
outside office hours
Outside office hours, during the evening, at night and in the weekends call (0229) 28 33 64 for urgent problems. A repair is urgent in cases of fire, water or gas leakages, water supply problems and damage caused by weather conditions. Exceptions: guests of Campusplein/Kriekenpitplein, see below.
Light bulbs, electricity fuses and dust bags
Bulbs, dust bags for the vacuum cleaner and fuses are provided by SSH Short Stay. Let us know if you need any extras and they will be delivered to your address. In cases of urgency, required items may be collected from our office during the daily visiting hours or you can e-mail the housing officer.
Campusplein / Kriekenpitplein
Do you live at Campusplein or Kriekenpitplein? The landlord can be contacted during office hours to report technical problems. Call 030-2539986 or mail Landlord@ucu.uu.nl. Outside office hours you can call 030-2531300. For emergencies concerning your accomodation you can call 030 - 253 44 44 (leakage, damages due to the weather etc.)
