SSH Short Stay cooperates with Utrecht University to arrange accommodation for their international guests. Utrecht University has reserved 635 furnished rooms and apartments from which their international students and staff can choose and make a reservation.

After making a reservation, you immediately receive an e-mail that states your preferred accommodation. We will then check the database for availability. Within 10 work days you will receive a preliminary confirmation of your reservation with a request to transfer the down-payment. Once we have received this down-payment your reservation is definite.

• Add rental period
  If you already registered in the past and have lived, or currently live at a Short Stay residence you do not need to register again! More info "add new rental period".
• Edit Registration
  If your registration is not approved you need to edit your registration.
• Company/University
  During registration you are asked: I'm searching for housing via 'housing corporation' or 'company /university' Tick the box company/university! For more info check the 'Instructions'.
• Housing Database
  Our Housing Database works best under Internet Explorer. For Mac users: use Mozilla Firefox. You can download this for free on the Mozilla website.
